These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence.
Access is restricted to adults aged 18 or older (21 in US states AL, MS, NE, and WY where applicable). By entering and using Pamobillio you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement in your jurisdiction. All depicted virtual characters are AI-generated adults aged 18 or older.
Subscriptions are billed in USD through our payment partner Verotel / CardBilling. The standard recurring period is P30D (30 days). There is currently no free trial or introductory promotional period unless explicitly shown at checkout. The charge on your bank or card statement appears as "Pamobillio". By subscribing you authorize recurring charges at the displayed price until you cancel. Subsequent transactions occur automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. For any questions regarding credit card or bank statements, transactions, fraud, or unrecognized charges, please contact our billing partner Verotel/CardBilling at https://www.vtsup.com or livesupport@verotel.com.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Pamobillio account (Member area > Subscriptions) or via our billing partner at https://www.vtsup.com. You may also contact support@pamobillio.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period already charged unless a refund or chargeback requires immediate revocation.
Pamobillio operates an artificial intelligence-based platform that generates and makes content available through virtual models created and managed by the platform itself. All content displayed on the website is generated by artificial intelligence systems under the management and supervision of Pamobillio. Pamobillio implements technical and automated moderation mechanisms to ensure compliance with platform rules and applicable law. These mechanisms may include real-time automated analysis of chat messages and multimedia content. Content that violates the rules may be automatically blocked, logged for audit purposes, and may result in warnings, restrictions, or suspension of functionality. Access to and use of the platform are the user's responsibility. Pamobillio does not operate cam sites or third-party platforms and does not provide content outside its official environment.
The following are strictly forbidden in any content or chat: underage or apparently underage persons; non-consensual or incapacitated scenarios (rape, force, asleep, drugged, unconscious, intoxicated sex, etc.); bestiality or sexual content involving animals or pets; hate crimes; extreme violence, mutilation, or snuff; blood and menstruation; scat; human or sex trafficking. Requests for such content are blocked automatically.
Third-party links that lead to violating content or to services beyond our monitoring capability (such as external cam sites) are prohibited and removed when identified. Pamobillio does not endorse external adult services linked by users.
Illegal or non-consensual content reports: contact support@pamobillio.com with URL/screenshot details. We remove confirmed illegal or non-consensual material within 24 hours. All other complaints (billing, access, moderation, privacy) are handled fairly and consistently with the aim of resolution within 5 business days via support@pamobillio.com or support@pamobillio.com.
Pamobillio prohibits any use of the website to promote or facilitate human trafficking, sex trafficking, or exploitation. We monitor chat automatically, investigate reports, cooperate with lawful requests, and suspend accounts involved in such activity.
All images, videos, and chats are AI-generated virtual content and do not depict real persons. Platform materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
